Recommended dosage:
One capsule once a day. Preferably 30 minutes before strenuous mental or physical activity or when you are tired.
Hints:
The dosage of the individual ingredients is chosen so that it is a safe daily dose in the long term. A single increased intake will not cause any damage. But you should not exceed the specified dosage.
Unlike many other dietary supplements, however, some of the ingredients can be harmful if overdosed: iodine, L-tyrosine and even green tea extract. Even if this were not the case, overdosing dietary supplements can cause harm in indirect ways. Due to the combination, Tyrosin Plus active is very safe even with long-term use and is more useful in the specified situations than higher dosages of the individual components or just one of these alone and has other advantages: See medically confirmed effects in the description.
The highest amounts of the amino acid L-tyrosine are found in pork, beef and fish. Also in soybeans, peas, peanuts.
